Now available for an introductory price. Available throughout Slovenia or wherever you wish. A “tiny house” MOD. MOD stands for modular home. The Tiny house MOD is a new, modern and innovative design. A prefabricated mobile montage home. This MOD has a living space of 32m² + terrace of 10m². It features a fully furnished: living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen with electric furnace, extractor fan and fridge and a bathroom with shower / wc. The MOD is usable the whole year round. The unit is durable and efficient and has a thickness of 30cm insulation. The MOD can – on building land – be connected to the municipal infrastructure. With alternative resources (solar / wind energy, rain water filter etc.) the MOD can also be installed “off-grid” – for example on agricultural or other grounds – as bivouac, weekend or holiday home. The object is mobile and is fully equipped and supplied with a wooden terrace. tiny houseIf you still want a slightly different layout or if you have another good idea? That’s no problem. Your Tiny house MOD can be equipped as you wish / custom made. Adjustments to the MOD are always done with the help of an architect. The architect makes a 3D presentation so you can get an excellent impression of the final result. From each MOD model even a miniature copy can be printed in 3D.
